We listen.

Our story began in 2018 in Werribee, in Melbourne's west. Our Director, Machar Chau, had seen through friends and family how often people with disability were left without the respect, choice and support they deserved. He started supporting NDIS participants to change that, and in 2020 we became Wyndham Elite Support Services Pty Ltd.

We grew steadily, one relationship at a time. During and after COVID-19 we extended our support interstate and set up Supported Independent Living homes, so people in need have a safe place to live well. Today we support people in all Australian states and territories through our own teams and trusted local partners, with clinical oversight from our registered nurses.

What guides us hasn't changed: we focus on the person and their rights as a human being. People with disability have the same rights as everyone else, and deserve to be included in their community with honour and dignity.

Our registered nurses oversee health plans, medication management and high intensity supports, train and assess our workers, and review every incident.

We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Registration No. 4050114891) and audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. You can view our registration on the NDIS Provider Register.
