Community Participation
Get out there, and do more of what you love
Support to join activities, build friendships and feel part of your local community.
Overview
What is community participation?
Community participation supports help you do the things that matter to you, whether that's footy on Saturday, an art class, volunteering or catching up with friends.
We find activities that match your interests, support you to take part and, over time, help you do more on your own.
How we do it differently
- 01
Interest-first matching
Workers who share your interests, from gaming to gardening.
- 02
Local connections
Partnerships with local clubs, libraries and community centres.
- 03
Towards independence
Support steps back as your confidence grows.

No pressure, no jargon. Just a conversation about what you need.
- 1
Get in touch
Call, chat or send a referral. We'll respond within one business day.
- 2
Meet & plan
A free meet-and-greet to understand your goals, culture and NDIS plan.
- 3
Match your team
We match workers by skills, language, gender preference and interests.
- 4
Review & grow
Regular check-ins to make sure support keeps working for you.
Can I join a group instead of one-to-one?
Yes. Group programs are a great way to meet people and use less of your plan per hour.
Who pays for activity costs?
Your NDIS plan funds the support worker. Entry fees, tickets or meals are usually your own cost.
Which areas do you cover?
We deliver support in all Australian states and territories through our own teams and local partners, in metropolitan, regional and rural areas.
