FAQs
Questions about NDIS support in Darwin and the Northern Territory
Can't find your answer? Call us on 1800 328 885.
Can you support someone in Darwin and the Northern Territory?
Wyndham Elite Support Services is a registered NDIS provider. Call us or send a referral and our intake team will talk through how support would work in Darwin and the Northern Territory.
Will this cost me anything?
Supports are charged to your NDIS plan at or below the NDIS price limits. There are no hidden fees, and we explain everything in a clear service agreement before support starts.
Do you work with all plan types?
Yes. We support NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
How do I make a referral, and how quickly will you respond?
Use our online referral form or call 1800 328 885. Participants, families, support coordinators and hospital teams can all refer. We aim to contact the referrer within 24 hours, and we prioritise people who are medically ready for discharge from hospital.
Do I need an NDIS plan to get support from you?
To use NDIS funding you need an approved NDIS plan. If you're not on the NDIS yet, our guide 'What is the NDIS, and how does it work?' explains who can apply and how. Our team is also happy to talk you through your options.
What's the difference between SIL, SDA and ILO?
SIL funds the support you receive at home. SDA funds specialist housing for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Individualised Living Options (ILO) fund a flexible support arrangement designed around you, usually for people who don't need 24/7 rostered support.
