Psychosocial Support

Recovery-oriented support for mental health and wellbeing

Trauma-informed support for people living with psychosocial disability, at home, in the community and in SIL.

Overview

What is psychosocial support?

Psychosocial disability describes the impact a mental health condition can have on someone's daily life. Our support is recovery-oriented: we focus on your strengths, goals and what a good life looks like for you.

We work alongside your clinical mental health team, recovery coach and family, and we understand that needs can change from week to week.

  • 02
