In-home & Individualised Living
Structured support in your own home or the family home
Live where you want, with who you want, and get the structured support you need to do it well.
Overview
What is in-home & individualised living?
Not everyone wants, or needs, to move into a shared home. In-home support lets you stay in your own home, a rental, or the family home, with a support team organised around your routine.
Depending on your needs and plan, this may be funded as Supported Independent Living in an individual arrangement, as Individualised Living Options (ILO), or through daily living supports. We'll help you and your support coordinator work out the right fit.
How we do it differently

Your home, your rules
We fit in with your household, not the other way around.
- 02
Family as partners
Clear communication with family, and support that gives carers a break.
- 03
The right funding
We'll explain SIL and ILO options honestly, so your plan matches your life.

Is this the same as SIL?
Sometimes. SIL can be delivered in an individual living arrangement when it's justified by your needs. Many people living with family use ILO or daily living supports instead. We'll help you find the right fit.
Will this cost me anything?
Supports are charged to your NDIS plan at or below the NDIS price limits. There are no hidden fees, and we explain everything in a clear service agreement before support starts.
Can I change my support worker?
Yes. You can ask for a different worker at any time, with no explanation needed.
Which areas do you cover?
We deliver support in all Australian states and territories through our own teams and local partners, in metropolitan, regional and rural areas.
