Clinical Oversight
Registered nurse oversight in every SIL home
Every SIL placement includes clinical oversight from our registered nurses, at no extra cost to your plan.
Overview
What is clinical oversight?
Good health is the foundation of a good life at home. Our registered nurses (RNs) oversee the health side of every SIL home we support, so small issues are picked up early and support workers know exactly what to do.
We are registered with the NDIS Commission for Community Nursing Care, so our nurses can also provide direct nursing care where your plan includes it.
Clinical oversight does not replace your GP or specialists. It makes sure their advice is followed day to day, and that everyone in your circle of support is working from the same plan.
How we do it differently
- 01
Prevention first
Regular reviews catch changes before they become hospital admissions.
- 02
Trained teams
Workers are trained and checked by our nurses in each person's health supports.
- 03
One plan, one team
Clear health plans shared with family, GPs and allied health.
