The information on this website is general. It isn't legal, financial, medical or NDIS planning advice, and it doesn't take your circumstances into account. NDIS rules change, so check ndis.gov.au or talk to your my NDIS contact, support coordinator or our team before making decisions.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, as set out in our editorial policy, but we can't guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times.
Our services
Descriptions of our services, homes and vacancies are a guide only. What we provide to you is set out in your service agreement, and any tenancy or occupancy agreement. Whether a support is funded depends on your NDIS plan and the NDIA's decisions.
Forms and enquiries
When you send a referral or enquiry, please give accurate information and only share someone else's details with their consent. Forms aren't monitored around the clock. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000.
