Our office is in Point Cook, and our Melbourne West team supports NDIS participants across the western suburbs, from Werribee and Point Cook to Sunshine, Footscray, Melton and Moonee Ponds.
We offer everyday support at home and in the community, Supported Independent Living, help with Specialist Disability Accommodation, and complex and high intensity support. We also support people leaving the region's hospitals, including Sunshine, Footscray, Williamstown and Werribee Mercy.

Yes. Melbourne's west is our home base, and we also support people in every Australian state and territory through our own teams and trusted local partners.
How quickly can support start?
We aim to contact you or your referrer within 24 hours. When support can start depends on your NDIS plan, the supports you need and current availability, and we'll be clear about timing from the first call.
Will my supports be funded by the NDIS?
Supports may be funded where they're included and appropriate in your NDIS plan. We'll talk through which parts of your plan our supports would use before anything starts, and we charge at or below the NDIS price limits.
