About Machar
Machar Chau founded Wyndham Elite Support Services in Werribee, in Melbourne's west, in 2018. He had seen through friends and family how often people with disability were left without the respect, choice and support they deserved, and started supporting NDIS participants to change that.
In 2020 the business became Wyndham Elite Support Services Pty Ltd. Under Machar's leadership it has grown one relationship at a time: extending support interstate during and after COVID-19, setting up Supported Independent Living homes, and now supporting people in every Australian state and territory.
Machar's focus has stayed the same throughout: the person and their rights as a human being, and their place in the community with honour and dignity.
