Wyndham is home for us. We began supporting NDIS participants in Werribee in 2018, and our office is in Point Cook. Our Melbourne West team supports people right across the City of Wyndham, in their own homes, in shared Supported Independent Living homes and out in the community.

Do you have an office in Point Cook?
Yes. Our office is at Suite 5, Level 1, 4 Main St, Point Cook VIC 3030. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and support is available 24/7. Call 1800 328 885 to arrange a time to meet.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Wyndham Elite Support Services is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (registration number 4050114891). You can check our registration on the NDIS Provider Register.
Can you help someone leaving Werribee Mercy Hospital?
Yes. We work with hospital social workers and the NDIA's hospital liaison officers to plan supports, and where needed accommodation, before discharge. Hospital staff can refer directly through our discharge teams page.
How quickly can support start?
We aim to contact you or your referrer within 24 hours. When support can start depends on your NDIS plan, the supports you need and current availability, and we'll be clear about timing from the first call.
Will my supports be funded by the NDIS?
Supports may be funded where they're included and appropriate in your NDIS plan. We'll talk through which parts of your plan our supports would use before anything starts, and we charge at or below the NDIS price limits.
