What is complex care 24/7?

Some supports need more than a caring worker. They need specific training, a clear clinical plan and oversight from a registered nurse. That's what our complex care teams provide.

We deliver High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), the NDIS term for supports that need extra skills and competency, around the clock where needed, in your own home or in one of our SIL homes.

Do you provide complex care 24/7 across New South Wales?

Yes. We support people in all 128 New South Wales council areas, from metropolitan Sydney to regional and remote communities, through our own teams and trusted local partners.

Which New South Wales hospitals do you take referrals from?

We work with discharge teams at hospitals across New South Wales, including Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, St Vincent's Hospital Sydney, Sydney Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital.

What does 'high intensity' mean in the NDIS?

High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) are supports that need workers with specific skills and competency, such as tracheostomy care, enteral feeding or complex bowel care.

Are your workers trained for my specific needs?

Yes. Workers complete training and are assessed as competent by a registered nurse for each person's specific supports before working alone.

Will this cost me anything?

Supports are charged to your NDIS plan at or below the NDIS price limits. There are no hidden fees, and we explain everything in a clear service agreement before support starts.
