What is complex care 24/7?
Some supports need more than a caring worker. They need specific training, a clear clinical plan and oversight from a registered nurse. That's what our complex care teams provide.
We deliver High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA), the NDIS term for supports that need extra skills and competency, around the clock where needed, in your own home or in one of our SIL homes.

Yes. We support people in all 10 Australian Capital Territory districts, covering every part of Canberra, through our own teams and trusted local partners.

We work with discharge teams at hospitals across the Australian Capital Territory, including The Canberra Hospital, North Canberra Hospital.
What does 'high intensity' mean in the NDIS?
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) are supports that need workers with specific skills and competency, such as tracheostomy care, enteral feeding or complex bowel care.
Are your workers trained for my specific needs?
Yes. Workers complete training and are assessed as competent by a registered nurse for each person's specific supports before working alone.
Will this cost me anything?
Supports are charged to your NDIS plan at or below the NDIS price limits. There are no hidden fees, and we explain everything in a clear service agreement before support starts.
