A good provider will be happy to answer all of these:
- Are you a registered NDIS provider? What is your registration number?
- How do you match support workers to participants?
- What training do workers have for my specific needs?
- Who provides clinical oversight?
- How do you handle changes or cancellations?
- How do I give feedback or make a complaint?
- Can I meet the team before support starts?
- Do you support people in my area?
Check the register
You can search the NDIS Provider Register on the NDIS Commission website to check a provider's registration.
